Know someone quietly transforming your sector?

In my line of work, I get to speak to experts (nerds) in so many areas – from manufacturing to finance, and in roles spanning human factors engineers to regulatory leads.

I always leave these conversations inspired. It’s a pleasure to hear about their career journeys and to showcase what they do to their peers.

Quite often, it’s the first time they’ve sat down and reflected on their career path and experiences in this way.

They may not even think their work is remarkable enough for external recognition.

It makes me think about all the quiet powerhouses out there, and how much we could learn from them.
