Does it matter?

LinkedIn guru (yep that’s a thing …) John Espirian, says, “There are three pieces of data from your LinkedIn profile that follow you around the web – your name, your photo, and your professional headline.”

I won’t harp on about it – it’s common knowledge and common sense. Most of the time, the lack of a strong photo is just because it’s on the ‘will get round to it one day’ list.

So if your headshot is basically a picture of you from ten years ago, taken on the beach during a family holiday – let’s do something about it.
